Terms and Conditions for Gamaliel Network Member Portal

1. Introduction
By joining or using the Gamaliel Network Member Portal (hereinafter referred to as “the member portal”), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.

“User” or “Users” refers to any individual or entity that creates an account or accesses the member portal, with the approval of the Gamaliel Network Member Portal administrators.

By creating an account or accessing the Gamaliel Network member portal, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any future amendments.

a. Users must provide accurate and complete information such as name, email, Gamlaiel Network affiliation, phone number, address and other data that Gamlaiel Network deems necessary during the registration process.
b. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access the Gamlaliel Network member portal..

To the extent permitted by law, Gamaliel Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the member portal.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois where the company is established and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Users use of the member portal will be resolved through arbitration, rather than in court, as stated in Gamaliel grievance policy, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

We value your feedback. Users who have any concerns or complaints about the Gamaliel Network member portal, are instructed to contact Gamaliel through the channels outlined in the grievance policy.

14. Miscellaneous
a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gamaliel Network and supersede any prior agreements.
b. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
